Is it just me or does the year feel like it’s dragging on while also moving too fast to track?
Welcome back to another newsletter in the Monogamish Pod off season. People have asked when I’m coming back and honestly, I don’t know.
I know, probably not what you want to hear BUT I figure honesty is the best policy right?
Because podcasting isn’t my full-time job, a break from Monogamish does not mean I am living my best relaxed girl life. On the contrary, I’m actually busier than ever and disliking every second of it because your girl is EXHAUSTED. This probably also accounts for why I haven’t been going out much in a social way and definitely not dating.
Currently, my polyamorous pansexual life exists only in my head (cause you know, I am all the things even when not actively partaking in the things) and that’s okay I guess?

ANYWAY - onwards to more exciting things than just me.
In Reality TV
Apparently there is a show that some people are watching called Seeking Brother Husband and I am…not watching it at all.
It’s on TLC, just like that other show - Seeking Sister Wife - and I just want to know if we can stop already?
The saying “all press is good press” or “all publicity is good publicity” really does NOT apply to the non-monogamous and polyamorous community.
I guess I should be pleased that they are showing women seeking multiple male partners? Like yay feminism or whatever? But shows like this just stick people who lead non-monogamous lives into one category when we all (should) know how expansive the term non-monogamy is.
I’m tired of just seeing the same old toxic shit on TV. When will we get proper representation that it’s scandalous clickbait?
In Scripted Television
I finally finished the OG Criminal Minds and am now onto Criminal Minds: Evolution.
Love that Tara dates women in this one (yay for the queer rep!) but I wish it had been more obvious in the original run of the show.
Also are they going to bring Reid back? Because I think he needs a little girlfriend to keep him company who will not get murdered or anything.
Just saying.
Season 4?
Based on the poll last week - y’all want me to do a brand refresh for Season 4 which I can totally do…once I get my ducks in a row and figure out when I’m coming back.
I have a list of 10 episodes mentally plotted already. I just need to reach out to my guests and schedule something and think about when to actually edit and release them.
Let’s see what next month brings.
Outside Life
In March, I went to the Black & Kinky DC night at The Crucible!
It was such a good time! I got to see some people I know, did a little mild electroplay and saw more public sex than I was comfortable with (don’t ask) when I just wanted to watch people get their asses beat.
More details about my night at the Crucible will be on my Patreon. I’ve even included more detailed photos of my outfit for the Lovers tier.
The next one is in April but I don’t think I’ll be able to make it despite being in town.

My bestie Chaneé will be in town for Northeast Conference of Kink (N.E.C.K.) and I’m going to hang out with her while she’s there!
She’s even giving a workshop with Knotty Lotus about Polyamory and BDSM.

I have a girls trip planned with some friends in mid May and i’m VERY excited to be with them. I’ll go into more details after the event, but it will more than likely just be a brief rundown here.
I’m also popping into ATL towards the end of the month. Details to come.
July-August 2023
Issa Family Reunion! I will be absolutely off the grid for the last week of July and the 1st week of August. This means the newsletter will either be early or late. No way to know right now though; I’ll figure it out then.
